My plaques are custom crafted from rough-cut cedar wood. The ceremonial arrow is adorned with hand-tied feathers and ceremonial beads. Everything that hangs from the arrow symbolizes a part of what the Arrow of Light award recognizes in the scout. (Download a full description of the Arrow of Light Plaque here.)

Your scout will be proud to hang this plaque in their bedroom for years to come. This plaque symbolizes the Arrow of Light, the highest award given to Cub Scouts, and rewards your Webelos for years of progress in scouting. It also is a great motivator for the younger scouts who watch as it's given out to the graduating Webelos in the Pack. Some scouts have decided to stay in scouting and earn their Arrow of Light Award just so they can get one of these plaques for themselves. It is a great way to increase the retention of your younger scouts.

Each Plaque is as Unique as the Scout who earns it. Knots in the wood are incorporated into the design of many plaques and colors of arrowheads/ hanging feathers may vary slightly.
